The weather predicted for Halloween night is strange and it don’t look good.

According to Accuweather, there will be a likelihood of thunderstorms throughout the day, including Thursday afternoon, Oct. 31.

But while the weather is planning tricks, there will be plenty of treats in store.

Agnes Scott College and North DeKalb Mall are planning spooky and dry Halloween events so the little ones don’t have to miss out on Halloween fun.

Agnes Scott will hold its event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31 at the Alston Campus Center, located off of South Candler Street. To see a map, click here. The event will take throughout each of the Alston Campus Center’s floors. The event is open to the community.

“Tables of activities, games, a bouncy house, a photo booth, music, arts and crafts, and candy will all be available,” Agnes Scott said. “There will also be a costume contest for the trick or treaters to win prizes. The Costume Contest will be at 5:30 p.m. and is open to all ages.”

North DeKalb Mall’s event will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The mall is located at 2050 Lawrenceville Hwy, Decatur, GA 30033.

“There will candy, prizes and a scavenger hunt,” the event announcement says. “Visit the different mall stores and see what different treats are available.”

If you can’t make it to either of those two events, The Hamilton Recreation Center in Scottdale also is hosting a Hamilton Halloween Fall Festival on Oct. 31 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The recreation center is located at 3262 Chapel St, Scottdale, Georgia 30079.
