Student charged with making ‘terroristic threats’ against Druid Hills High School

DeKalb County Schools say a student was charged after making “terroristic threats” against Druid Hills High School.
The incident occurred on Friday, Oct. 25.
“The safety and the well-being of our students is a top priority in the DeKalb County School District,” a school district spokesperson said. “DCSD Police Officers investigated a student post on social media of a weapon. Comments made on the post led to charges of Terroristic Threats.”
DeKalb County Schools didn’t provide any other details about the incident, saying it is an active investigation.
