On Saturday, Dec. 7, Infinite Realities comic store in Tucker is showcasing “Superhero Icons: An Original Comic Book Art Exhibition,” a free one-day event from 10 a.m. through 10 p.m.

Attendees will get the opportunity to “view historic, one-of-a-kind pieces of comic book art dating all the way back to the 1960s through present day,” according to a recent press release.

Art will include super hero characters such as Batman, Thor, Daredevil, Guardians of the Galaxy, Superman, and more. Artists whose work will be on display will include Gene Colan, Mike Mignola, Jack Kirby, and John Buscema.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for fans to see the original drawings crafted by some of the most famous and influential names in the medium,” co-owner of Infinite Realities, Chris Brennaman said in a recent press release. “The art created by these luminaries has been seen in comics by millions and influenced even more. But the original, hand-drawn pages? Not many people ever get to see them.”
