DeKalb County School District community invited to State of the District Address

Stone Mountain, GA – Members of the community and other stakeholders are invited to receive an update from Superintendent Cheryl Watson-Harris on the progress of the DeKalb County School District (DCSD) at the State of the District Address on Tuesday, February 23, a press release says.

The program will be a “drive-in celebration” at 4550 Greer Circle in Stone Mountain. The parking lot opens at 4:15 p.m., and the program will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Mrs. Watson-Harris will share important updates on topics such as the reopening of schools, strategic planning, addressing learning gaps, and Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE) programs. In addition, the regional superintendents will give State of the Region Addresses via live webinars. Information will be sent to families.
