DeKalb Cooperative Extension announces ‘October Gardening’ classes

DeKalb County, GA – DeKalb County Cooperative Extension will host “October Gardening” virtual classes for free, a press release said.

– The “Lunch & Learn: October Hot Topics In & Outside the Garden” class will be on Oct. 8 at 12 p.m.

– The “Small Tree and Ornamental Selection” class will be on Oct. 12th at 12 p.m.

– The “Annuals & Perennials” class will be on Oct. 13th at 6 p.m. The “Planting and Maintenance of Trees and Ornamentals” class will be on Oct. 14 at 12 p.m.

– The 2nd “Lunch and Learn: October Hot topics In and Outside the Garden” class will be on Oct. 21 at 6 p.m.

– The “Disease ID and Management of Trees and Ornamentals” class will be on Oct. 26 at 6 p.m.

All classes are virtual via Zoom.
