Decatur, GA — It was a big weekend in Decatur as a trio of festivals took over the downtown area.

The Amplify Decatur Music Festival featured a free concert on Friday, Oct. 1, and a ticketed event headlined by the Indigo Girls on Saturday, Oct. 2, with proceeds benefiting Decatur Cooperative Ministry.

The Decatur Artists Market on Saturday and Sunday featured juried work from 90 artists and the AJC Decatur Book Festival presented by Emory University at First Baptist Church of Decatur on Saturday, Oct. 2. included both in person and virtual events. COVID-19 protocols were in place for all three functions.
