Avondale Estates, GA — Avondale Estates’ thriving craft beer scene was in the spotlight during the city’s annual sudsy celebration called Avondale Ale Day on Saturday, Oct. 21.
Thirsty crowds hopped on the 1-mile Dale Ale Trail in Avondale Estates’ central business district to enjoy some craft beers, get their punch card completed, and claim a coveted souvenir pint glass designed by Matt Leunig. Stops along the trail included Little Cottage Brewery, The Lost Druid Brewery & Distillery, My Parents’ Basement and Wild Heaven Beer. There was also plenty of food, music, and the Centerfold Vintage Market with some classic threads for sale.
Avondale Estates was voted the #1 Best Small-Town Beer Scene in the country by readers who voted in a USA Today poll.
