Decatur Police said a 14-year-old from Union City has been arrested in connection to a June 24 armed robbery.

The stolen vehicle used in the crime has also been found, Lt. Jennifer Ross said.

“We anticipate additional arrests in the near future,” Ross said.

Police released sketches of the suspects earlier this month.

Decatur Police responded to a report of the armed robbery on June 24 at 6 p.m.

The victim said he was walking southbound on Swanton Way when a black Dodge Dart with tinted windows passed him. The vehicle turned around and pulled up beside him. According to Decatur Police, the front passenger exited the vehicle, pointed a Glock handgun at the victim and said, “Give me your iPhone.”

“The suspect took the victim’s phone and then the two backseat passengers got out of the vehicle and removed the victim’s backpack and took his wallet from his pocket,” Lt. Ross said. “The suspects got back into the vehicle and fled southbound on Swanton Way. The victim was not injured.”

The suspects were described as:

#1 (Driver): Black Male, early 20’s, light complexion, slender build, low hair-cut, wearing a white tank top
#2 (Front Passenger): Black Male, mid to late teens, approximately 5’08”, slender build, wearing a grey hoodie and armed with a Glock handgun
#3 (Rear Passenger): Black male, dark complexion, wearing a black jacket
#4 (Rear Passenger): Black Male, light complexion, wearing a black shirt

Ross did not say which of the four suspects was arrested.
